What is  ave.exe

The file ave.exe is not an essential process of the Windows 7 / Windows XP or Windows Vista for it often cause troubles on your computer system. This file is considered to be a threat or a malware. It infiltrates the computers through the use of trojans and will it to %AppData% folder and will change the file associations with “.exe” extension. The ave.exe file belongs to the Allok Video To software which can be found in the C:\Documents and Settings sub folder. It has a file size of 194,048 bytes. The file ave.exe is a variant of av.exe which is installed by the Trojan FakeRean. In current versions of Windows, the file ave.exe has a matching fake Windows Security Center or a fake Windows Action Center. It is recommended to remove the file immediately from the computer system to prevent further damage on the files. The file should be removed properly to prevent messing up of the opening of .exe files caused by the left over registry entries.
