What is  tlntsvr.exe

Telnet Server Service is the name of the process that is installed on Windows-based computers through the tlntsvr.exe executable file. The software is mainly used by network administrators who need to access and connect to remote computers to execute DOS-based commands. End-user PCs have no need for the file. The general recommendation for single-user or end-user PCs is to disable the file so it will not run whenever the system is booted during startup.
