This file has the size of 215,552 bytes of 210K and its location can vary in different Windows versions or languages. It runs in the Task Manager as the wmdsync.exe process. This process runs with Windows Vista Home Premium (6.0.6002.131072). wmdsync.exe is a 32-bit running program that executes with the privileges as the currently logged in user account.
