Microsoft DirectX-Diagnosprogram is the other name of the file dxdiag.exe. The file belongs to the software called Microsoft Windows Operating System and is literally owned and developed by the Microsoft Corporation. The program is a diagnostic tool used for monitoring drivers which were installed in the Personal Computer (PC). The program can also display the information the Personal Computer regarding the version of Operating System, size of Random Access Memory (RAM) and etc. The file can be usually found in the C:\Documents and Settings directory and has the file size of 24,619 bytes in the Hard Disk Drive (HDD).
