SecureUpgrade.exe has no visible window and is located in a subfolder of the local folder (C:\Program Files), and is loaded during the boot process of Windows. SecureUpgrade.exe belongs to the product line Check For Later Product Line and performs certain tasks in the system background of the computer. The process can be started or closed to free up memory or processor power. However, there is currently no sufficient information about the stability of this process, and since there is more than one variant of this program, some can contain malware or spyware. Several programs camouflage as SecureUpgrade.exe, specifically when located in the folder C:\Windows or in C:\Windows\System32. Therefore, the user must check the SecureUpgrade.exe process on the PC and verify the system security to determine if the application is a threat or not.
