What is  procexp151.sys

The file procexp151.sys is a process explorer from Sysinternals. Procexp151.sys has a size of 27528 bytes in the Hard Drive and is a copyright (C) of Russinovich 1996-2011. The software is not digitally signed. When the user activates the Process Explorer, it extracts the driver file and loads it into the Random Access Memory (RAM) and eventually removes the file from the Hard Disk Drive (HDD). This service entry can be deleted by the user but the process will be activated again if the user runs the Process Explorer again. This process is usually found in C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\PROCEXP151.SYS. This process usually starts when the Operating System starts. This process is considered to one of the drivers of Microsoft Corporation for the Operating System such as Window XP,Vista, Windows 7 to communicate with the hardware in the Personal Computer (PC). This process is needed in install SysInternal Tool to monitor any changes in the Start up.
