What is  t.exe

The file t.exe process is considered to be a malware. It is recommended to remove this from your computer system. It performs the following behavior on your computer system: copies files, adds products to the system registry, writes to another process's Virtual Memory (Process Hijacking), executes a process, injects code into other processes, can communicate with other computer systems using HTTP protocols, creates process on disk, deletes other processes from disk, reads email address and phone book details, use DNS to retrieve the IP address for web sites, visits Web sites on your PC without you knowing, it is a file infector which modifies program files to include a copy of the infection, adds a Registry Key (RUN) to auto start Programs on system start up, drops known malicious software during execution, creates file code which could be used to test for interception by security products, and it is packed and /or encrypted using a software packing process.

How can I stop t.exe and should I?

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. t.exe. is used by Microsoft Windows, If you shut down t.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop t.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Microsoft Windows, from your system.
