What is  lpremove.exe

MUI Language pack cleanup, with executable file extension lpremove.exe, is a Windows system file that is included in the software for Windows operating systems. The file can be located in the System 32 folder of Windows, with a file path of C:\Windows\System 32\lpremove.exe. The file is responsible for removing language packs that are not needed by the system. The file runs once during the installation of your Windows Operating System, and it may also run upon startup to remove any unused language packs; specifically if you have removed certain language pack files. These files are actually not completely removed since they are part of your OS software, so to avoid running into system errors, the lpremove.exe file launches upon startup to remove these language files to enable the system to load without trouble. As a rule of thumb, it is not recommended to disable system files because doing so could cause system errors. Common file size is 80 KB.
