Located in C:\Windows\System 32, the file communicates with the system to enable it to identify speech and handwriting as alternative input tools, as opposed to the usual way of inputting data via the keyboard only. The Language Bar on the other hand, provides users with a User Interface that allows them to configure language settings and keyboard input, among others. In addition, the language bar likewise gives users an easy option to shift from one language to the next, choosing from the featured languages included in the application. The file’s total read operations is 1/min. Its average RAM usage is only 1.03 MB, with a minimum working set memory of 2.47 MB. There are about 85 Graphical Device Interface objects associated with the process, where 40 of these are utilized, on average.
