This process is a VIPSEARCHER modified spyware. Invoking the *.dll file makes the process disguise itself as browser helper object (BHO) and automatically associates itself to the web browsers. The problem introduced by this spyware is commonly termed as Browser Hijacker problem. Generally, browser hijackers are considered malwares by most of the anti-spyware and anti-virus applications.
