Hi Gonzalez,

Chances are that you're using Internet Explorer or Firefox and your Flash plug-in has not been enabled or installed on the browser (Chrome has Flash built in and with Safari as long as you have Flash installed it will function).

Firstly, go to http://get2.adobe.c... to update to the most recent version of Flash.

Then in Firefox to check if the add-on is enabled:

1) Go to Tools -> Add-ons and the navigate to Plugins. If you have the Flash plug-in installed and enabled it will appear as it does in the below image:




If you're missing the plug in, go to the"Get Add-ons" page and you can search for it and have it installed by going to "Get Add-ons" and searching for Flash.


In Internet Explorer:

1) In IE9 and IE10, select the cog in the top right hand corner and navigate to Manage Add-ons (In IE8, go to Tools>Manage Add-ons):



If you're missing the plug-in, click on the "Find more toolbars and extensions" link at the bottom of the same page and search for Flash.
