The file eventwinexe is known as Adobe Acrobat from Microsoft. Adobe Acrobat is a set of application software that is used to create, view, print, or manipulate files in the portable document format (PDF). There are currently three versions of Acrobat, which are the Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Standards, and Acrobat Pro Extended. The Acrobat Standard enables users to create PDF documents, create fillable PDF forms, and combine files from multiple applications into a single PDF. It can convert PDF files to Word or Excel, or convert Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents into PDF, and provides allows the addition of electronic signatures in the created documents. The Acrobat Pro contains all the features found in Standard, but has added functionalities like the capability to convert PDF file to PowerPoint, create new PDF and Web forms from a predesigned template or from scratch using the intuitive drag-and-drop form editor. It features an action Wizard that enables the user to create and manage PDF documents easily and consistently.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. eventwin.exe. is used by Adobe Acrobat, If you shut down eventwin.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop eventwin.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Adobe Acrobat, from your system.
