The mgking.exe process is an EXE application resource component of the Adobe Acrobat application. Aside from the mgking.exe file, the Adobe Acrobat software, upon its installation into the Windows-based system, unloads certain EXE program files, some DLL (Dynamic Link Library) modules and specific background process items among various component files and libraries that are used by the Adobe Acrobat application to correctly implement its embedded set of functionalities into the system as requested by the user. This means the mgking.exe process and these other program-specific component resources are bundled into the installer distribution packages of the Adobe Acrobat application. The mgking.exe process works with other system and program-specific EXE resource files, DLL (Dynamic Link Library) modules, SYS driver utilities and particular process items among various resource files and libraries whenever the Adobe Acrobat software is actively running in the system and upon user access to the features that are integrated into the Adobe Acrobat application.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. mgking.exe. is used by Adobe Acrobat, If you shut down mgking.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop mgking.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Adobe Acrobat, from your system.
