The file gamserv.exe is a process that belongs to software Adobe Acrobat, which is a suite of programs from Adobe Systems, Inc. that creates, edits, and manipulates PDF files that are often called Adobe Acrobat Files even if a different program was used to create them. Adobe has implemented many changes the names of the programs under the Adobe Acrobat family. As of March 2013, the current members of this suite for desktop applications are Adobe Reader XI, Adobe Acrobat XI that includes the Standard and Pro editions. The latest features in the Adobe Acrobat XI includes a completely redesigned PDF editing experience, exporting PDF files to Microsoft PowerPoint, touch friendly capabilities for mobile devices, and integrated cloud services. The Adobe Acrobat suite includes online services such as the Adobe FormsCentral, Adobe EchoSign, Adobe SendNow, Adobe CreatePDF, Adobe SendPDF, and a suite of cloud-based services from Adobe Systems called Acrobat.com.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. gamserv.exe. is used by Adobe Acrobat, If you shut down gamserv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop gamserv.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Adobe Acrobat, from your system.
