00Hi David, Can you try re-installing the software? The message you are seeing is typically one that you would see when there is no internet connection or a problem accessing the internet connection. This can be caused by a firewall or other internet security software but if you have disabled all security software and are still getting the problem then trying a re-install is a good option. 00Hi David, You might also want to try turning off the Work Offline mode in IE. Launch Internet Explorer, click on \"File\" on the menu bar and uncheck “Work Offline” to disable it. ( If the menu bar is not visible, tap the “Alt” key on your keyboard to see the menu options ) Mark\'s right about a security or internet connection related setting preventing Driver Reviver from connecting to our server. However, you can still turn off this option in Firefox by selecting it under the File menu. Also, please try adding Driver Reviver as an exclusion in the Windows Firewall and AVAST Firewall settings. If your router has a built-in firewall, you will need to configure that too. Let us know if this helps.

On all screenshots I see, it shows the Start Screen on the "Dashboard Tile". But for me, it shows Skype. I also don't understand the difference between the settings "Enabled", "Disabled" and "Dynamic". Only "Hidden" is obvious, and it removes the Skype tile. But the other options don't seem to make any difference...VIEW ANSWERS6The blue background (or transparent background) doesn't look good at all when I use other colors for the other tiles. Also, to clarify I only want to change the reviversoft tile's blue background; not the whole start menu's background color.
