Vshost.exe is the process file for Visual Studio 2005 hosting process. It improves the debugging performance, evaluation of design time expression, and partial trust debugging. These debugging methods require hosting process, thus vshost.exe should be enabled in the system at all times. Visual Studio supports several programming languages through language services that allow the debugger and the code editor to support almost any programming language, if there is a language-specific service existing.
