Microsoft Visual Studio and its associated files are tools that are used for the development of console and graphical user interface applications, and windows presentation foundation (WPF) applications. It is an integrated develpment environment (IDE) that features a code editor that supports syntax highlighting and code completion using IntelliSense. IntelliSense is a component of Visual Studio that completes symbol names and serves as disambiguation and documentation for variable functions, names, and methods using reflection.
