This process is used in on board audio which ships with many OEM systems and integrated motherboards. The file can be found in the C:\Program files\SigmaTel\C-Major Audio\WDM\stacsv64.exe. This process is also a part of the sound card's driver and is considered to be not a dangerous file, but rather a required file to produce a quality sound in your computer system. It is not recommended to remove the file but the user may still have the option of removing the file using the add/remove programs in the Control Panel.
