Imgtask, the service name of the file imgtask.exe, is a part of the program xx Imgtask, or tenx Imgtask, or WalletPix digital photo album, which is created by Tenx or Tenx Technology, Inc. The process imgtask.exe is a type of Windows module and an executable file that refers to a memory-resident of the software Wallet Pix device, so it is associated with WalletPix digital photo album. If the software that houses this file is installed onto the computer, this file is also downloaded on the computer, stores itself on a particular file folder, usually in C:\Program Files, or C:\Documents and Settings, but can be possibly in C:\Windows too, but whichever it is, once in the system, it has to remain running in the background. Stopping or terminating the imgtask.exe file may lead to disabling the entire software, but even if just a part of the overall functions, the use of the associated program may not be as effective as expected. Unless it is causing errors and problems that affect the performance of the system, imgtask.exe needs to remain stored and kept running as a background process.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. imgtask.exe. is used by tenx Imgtask or WalletPix Digital Photo Album, If you shut down imgtask.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop imgtask.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is tenx Imgtask or WalletPix Digital Photo Album, from your system.
