It is provided y Websites such as ShopperReports.com, Hotbar.com and Wowpapers.com. This program is an adware that displays various forms of advertising on the desktop that come from these Websites. The main feature of Hotbar is the Hotbar toolbar that is an Internet Explorer browser toolbar. This toolbar features several programs including AccuWeather that serves as local weather program, Outlook Tools that offers add-ons for Microsoft Outlook Express and Outlook E-mail applications, and ShopperReports that is an Internet Explorer add-on and pops out advertising side search bar.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hbtweatherontray.exe. is used by Hotbar, If you shut down hbtweatherontray.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop hbtweatherontray.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Hotbar, from your system.
