Textalk AB is a Swedish company that is engaged in the software and databanks business, and has launched the Textalk Webshop, which is a system for small and large retailers that is a popular e-commerce platform in Sweden. The process efuploadersrv.exe is an executable file that is installed in the computer from software that is authored by Textalk AB, or from clicking any of the services that are offered by the Textalk Webshop. The Textalk Webshop offers customer paid subscriptions for lite, base, and plus functionalities for the services that the company offers. The services include unlimited space for cloud storage, free Web hosting, online payment services, professional design template, and email support for lite subscription, while the base and plus subscriptions include added features like owning a domain name, automatic storage management, integrated customer database, and newsletter for customers.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. efuploadsrv.exe. is used by Textalk Webshop, If you shut down efuploadsrv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop efuploadsrv.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Textalk Webshop, from your system.
