Known as EPSON Status Monitor versions 3, the process e_fati9fa.exe is an executable (EXE) file, and is a part of the software product labeled as EPSON Status Monitor (version 3), which is created by Seiko Epson Corporation. When the program that houses the file is being installed, e_fati9fa.exe begins to download itself on the computer, where it stores in a file folder, usually located in C:\Program Files, registers into the Windows registry, and automatically runs in the background. With a digital signature (Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher - VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer), the e_fati9fa.exe file is essential to run, and must not be removed out of the system, so it does not disable its function, unless it is causing errors or problems that affect the performance of the system.
