Hi Maria,
We have a really useful tool on our site for this Blue Screen errors and all others. We call it the Blue Screen Helper and you can find it here: http://www.reviversoft.com/blue-screen-helper/
Here is an article that we have written about the particular blue screen you are seeing: http://www.reviversoft.com/blog/2013/01/system-service-exception/
The way to fix the problem is to update your computer\'s driver. You can do this manually by looking up the drivers one by one online and getting the driver from the hardware manufacturer\'s website or you can use our product Driver Reviver which will do it for you (although it is not free).
Hope this helps you get rid of this pesky blue screen error message!

Hi Maria,
Just a quick suggestion in addition to Mark\'s answer.
If you\'ve just started experiencing this error, it may be due to recent hardware or software changes on your laptop. You can try uninstalling or undoing these changes if you recall what they are.
Alternatively, we recommend that you restart your computer and attempt to either \"refresh\" or \"restore\" your laptop. You won\'t lose your data.
Here\'s an excellent guide to get you started: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc
Good luck!
James
