Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Please follow the below steps. 1. Start your computer up in safe mode with network ok. 2. Run you antivirus scan. While that is running go to Internet explorer reset it back to defalt setting o.k.. Wait for the scan to finish. 3.
