Hi Maja,

Here\'s something you can try:

1. Save/backup all your important data on your Acer Aspire One using flash drives or an external hard drive.

2. Restart your computer

3. Hold down the \"Alt\" and \"F10\" keys when you see the Acer logo on the screen. This will load the recovery menu.

4. Hit \"Enter\" and then select \"Next\" to see your recovery options. Choose \"Factory Restore\" to set your netbook back to factory settings. Follow the onscreen instructions and proceed with the recovery process.

5. Choose your time zone and language when the customization menu appears and proceed further. Restart the netbook when you are prompted.

6. Hopefully the recovery process is successful and you are able to access and use Windows normally.

7. You can now restore all your data from the flash drives or external hard drive.

Good luck with this,

James

I kept getting the blue screen with Driver Power State Failure error message and then my computer would restart. I found your product and it did not happen any more. I just purchased an anti-virus (kaspersky) and now it is doing it again. It is so frustrating. My computer is only 6 months old. It is a Asus desktop.
