my pc only this msg that 100% completed but not open the screen and nothing like this already to 3 days

this problem appeared after it was unplugged without shutting it

Hi Edmilse,

Is the \"100% complete\" message related to the Windows updates?

Did you by any chance unplug your computer, before it installed the updates and shutdown normally?

At this stage, I would recommend trying to start your computer in the Windows Safe Mode. To do this, restart your computer and start tapping the F8 key immediately. You will then see an option to start in the safe mode. Let us know if this works.

Please start your PC in safe mode by pressing F* or Shift+F8 while booting.
