The zaberg.exe file is an executable process that has been reported by many users as a malicious program with spyware and Trojan-like functionalities. The same user reports claimed that the zaberg.exe file, upon its placement and activation in the system, can create and inject keys into the Windows System Registry, in order for the system to allow the zaberg.exe process to automatically initialize during system startup. The zaberg.exe process has also been reported to continue operating in the background undetected by the user, in order to search for vulnerable TCP/IP network ports that it can exploit and use to initiate contact with the Web servers of its authors. Upon contact with these Web servers, the zaberg.exe process has been said to be capable of downloading more malicious programs and uploading private data and Internet browsing information gathered from the infected system and its default Web browser.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. zaberg.exe. is used by Trojan/Spyware, If you shut down zaberg.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop zaberg.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Trojan/Spyware, from your system.
