The file toolbar32.dll is a process also known as Toolbar which belongs to StartNow Toolbar. This is another toolbar specifically designed to help you on a certain site. Toolbar32.dll is able to change the behavior or monitor Internet Explorer.This process installs a little toolbar in your browser that usually enables you to search without opening new tabs or windows. It even organize your favorites and keep them visible to easily access only one button. This process uses a lot of system resources and can be bundled with other software. The process also enables the user to access to multimedia search instantly. This toolbar can be removed like any legitimate program in the Add/Remove list if it is causing trouble on your computer system. Just uninstall the software StartNow Toolbar in the Control Panel. Toolbar32.dll is not a Windows core file. This file is located in the subfolder c:\program files with a file size of 502,272 bytes. This file is identified as firewall of the browser itself and is often used by adware and spyware.
