The mnmsrvc.exe is also called as NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing Service which belongs to the Microsoft Windows NetMeeting program. This is created for the purpose of Internet conferencing solutions. It offers users with multi-point data conferencing, text chat, whiteboard, file transfer and point-to-point audio and video. Mnmsrvc.exe can be downloaded from the Internet through the Microsoft website. Once the user allows the mnmsrvc.exe file running in the background, he or she can control another computer even from a distance. The user can login in this computer although he or she is at home, read his or her email at work, study documents and perform other tasks. The EXE file can provide the network connection to the remote server. In order to continue the network service, the user has to let the mnmsrvc.exe file running. Once the EXE file is disabled, the user can no longer enjoy network conferencing, sharing, remote control of another computer and other Internet functions.
