The file explorer32.exe, known as GArgAk 77Q10mfa, belongs to software explorer32 from Parental Control Products. This process is a component of Parental Control Tattletale, which is a keylogger and Internet monitoring software that can be used at home, in schools or in small business establishments. This program provides insight on the online behavior of computer users through playback of all sites visited, which is stored in easy viewing format. Alternatively, it allows simultaneous monitoring of four computer units in real time using a remote computer, iPhone, iPad or Android device. PC Tattletale records all inbound and outbound emails, chat sessions, instant messages, every website visited, videos watched and social networking activity. It does not show up in the menu or control panel, so computer users are not aware that computing activities are being monitored. Features include URL Specific Web filtering and keyword blocking to block unwanted sites.
