The csmbho.dll file is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) module that is distributed with the AT&T WorldNet client software to subscribers as a BHO (Browser Helper Object) application. The AT&T WorldNet client application is a Windows program classified as an ISP (Internet Service Provider) connection management tool that aids AT&T WorldNet subscribers in monitoring the status of their Internet connections, in customizing certain settings related to the network configurations of their Windows-based systems, and in managing their Internet connection and Web browser settings. The csmbho.dll module is specifically deployed into the system by the AT&T WorldNet client software as the AT&T WorldNet Client library, which is referenced by the AT&T WorldNet client application whenever the user requests access to the search page provided by their AT&T subscription. The csmbho.dll file is placed in the system and is integrated into the computer's default Web browsers upon the installation of the AT&T WorldNet client software.
