The process cfgsrvc.exe is the launch file for the Script Manager software created by Aastra Technologies Limited. The Script Manager is responsible for executing scripts, file manager, root explorer and running multiple tabs. This Script Manager will ensure that all processes will run smoothly, by interpreting and editing communications protocol from all other files and programs. For each website and file that the computer interacts with, they use an assigned script to communicate. The Script Manager has to read and configure these scripts so they can adapt to the computer’s systems. The software has to be constantly updated and it is also a function of the Script Manager to provide the dialogs with the user to notify them for required updates and downloads. The Script Manager is bundled with certain Operating Systems. Due to its sensitive function, it should be part of startup and kept running at all times

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cfgsrvc.exe. is used by Script Manager from Aastra Technologies Limited, If you shut down cfgsrvc.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cfgsrvc.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Script Manager from Aastra Technologies Limited, from your system.
