What is  bservice.exe

The Roxio BackOn Track process, with executable file bservice.exe, is part of software from Sonic Solutions. The file is a restore and recovery application that allows users to save all important files, documents, processes, applications, and pretty much everything that is stored in your PCs hard drives; so you can have these as backup in case of system crash. You can choose to store your backup files on your hard disk drive, or on media such as CD, DVD, or a USB flash disk/external hard drive. The file runs in the background when your OS is launched, it is not necessary however to keep it running in the background if you want to save disk space for other processes. The file is normally saved in C:\Program Files\Roxio\BackOnTrack\App\bservice.exe. File size ranges from 21,488 to 32,440 bytes, up to 39,408 bytes. Usual errors associated with the file are “file not found,” “the bservice.exe file is not responding,” and “application error 0x.”
