The autosys.exe file is a process that can be found in the folder C:\Windows\System32. Known files sizes for this process file include 3,105 bytes, 3,281 bytes, 2,969 bytes and 2,981 bytes [that has 52% occurrence] in Windows XP or Windows 7 operating system. This executable program runs once you start up your Windows program. The registry key is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. The autosys.exe file is not a system file for Windows. It can monitor applications. The process is encrypted or packed by a software packing process. It is added to the registry as an auto start that will be loaded when the program boots up. It is also created into a process on disk. Automatic startup location for the process is on the local machine for autorun registry entries. The autosys.exe file has no digital signature.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. autosys.exe. is used by Unknown, If you shut down autosys.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop autosys.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Unknown, from your system.
