The process ActualWindowManagerCenter.exe belongs to the Actual Window Manager software. This software has been developed by Actual Tools. It is the core component of Active Window Manager that allows the user to manage the interactions with the windows. This file is the one responsible for how the desktop windows behave during maximizing, minimizing, resizing, and other actions. In short, this is a desktop management application. This process is not a must-run for system performance as it depends on user's discretion to use Actual Window manager or not. The genuine file will be digitally signed as Actual Tools - VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer – G2. This file is associated with certain *.dll files that is critical for running programs. “Blue screen of Death Error” occurs when this process is tampered.
