ProSystems TimeCalc Classic

ProSystems TimeCalc Classic is a calculator program mainly used for summing up time sheets and payroll time cards. Manually totaling employee time can be time consuming and may be prone to error. This software can make such task easier and faster. It is programmed specially for accountants, office staff or business owners who calculate employee time for salary computation. This application can work on data per employee and can also calculate the cumulative hour of all employees combined. The output can be programmed to coincide with the user’s desired format such as hours/100ths or in hours/minutes or in whichever format that can be read by the payroll system a person is currently using. Users simply need to type in start time and stop time and the software will automatically compute for total employee time . Files produced by TimeCalc can be shared by different users and are printer-ready. This software can run on any computer using Windows 95 or higher.
