The Personal Edition of Accord SmartWorks Project Planner is limited for one user only but has all the privileges to manipulate the software. On the other hand, Multi-User edition is good for hierarchy of users, such as manager and admin, with the options to send mail to other users or groups. Accord SmartWorks Project Planner Reader is associated with SmartWorks Project Planner, which is a software known to be a project planning and management software, so this planner reader is a viewing program of the mentioned software. Any files that are created using SmartWorks Project Planner are readable through this software at anytime in a computer where this is downloaded. In fact, it can also read files originated from MS-Project, which is another application of the same function.
