What is  xfire.exe

The executable process file, xfire.exe (v1.0.0.13133), is an Xfire Gaming Client that is a part of the software SixPack/StealthClan Name Converter (version v2) or Xfire Control Panel that is developed Terra Tec Electronic GmbH. The description of the process file attributes to an application that uses the process: Terratec DMX Fire 1024 Soundcard Control Panel that is developed by Xfire, Inc. It is a verisign signed file, with a visible window but is not a Windows system file and is neither required to run at start-up entry level. The process file, xfire.exe is found to be located in the subfolder C:\Program Files or in the “MyFiles” folder with a memory file size of 4,154,504 bytes and incidentally at 4% on Windows 7/XP occurring at 3,493,776 bytes with eight more variants. The process file functions as having the ability to monitor applications and thus uses ports in order to connect to the Internet or Local Area Network (LAN).
