What is  winzip32.exe

An executable file called winzip32.exe (WinZip) allows the user to compress various files for sending attachments in emails, or for fitting to a floppy disk. Compression of files can reach up to 60%. This application was developed by Nico Mak. It is a non essential process which originates from software you installed on your system, and disabling or enabling it is at the users choice. Command line options is also supported by WinZip in adding and extracting from files. The command format is winzip32 [-min] action [options] file name[.zip] files wherein, [-min] commands WinZip to minimize; action corresponds to the actions described in the section titled “Add dialog box options” in the online manual; [options] like -r commands WinZip to add files from subfolders and -p will command WinZip to store folder information for all files added; filename.zip specifies the involved file in the Zip; and files is a list of one or more files. It is very important to always specify complete file names that include the full name of the folder and the drive letter, for all file IDs.
