Known as WAudit Module as its service name, the process waudit.exe, which is an executable or EXE file, is a component of the software product BlackBox Security Monitor, which is developed by ASM Software. BlackBox Security Monitor is a security program that enables a computer user, especially a parent, to keep track of other user or users of the same PC or another virtual machine, whether a local or remote based. It has features that let a user track keywords, websites, and even texts entered. This program also notifies the user through email or text message for any new alerts or updates regarding what must be kept tracked. So, the file waudit.exe is an essential part of this security software product, and must remain running in the background, which means it should not be terminated or stopped, unless it starts to cause problems or errors that affect the performance of the computer system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. waudit.exe. is used by BlackBox Security Monitor, If you shut down waudit.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop waudit.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is BlackBox Security Monitor, from your system.
