These data transmissions are processed by the firmware and driver software resources of the Vimicro Web cameras, in order to implement into the system the set of functionalities embedded in the Vimicro devices. The vm303_sti.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation and configuration of these Vimicro Web camera firmware distributions and driver software packages, which also means the vm303_sti.exe process is integrated into the installers of these Vimicro Web camera driver software components and firmware resources.
