The vialogsv.exe file is an EXE application resource integrated into the firmware and driver software utilities of certain motherboards that are equipped with RAID controller devices and chipsets from VIA Technologies. The vialogsv.exe process is included as one of the component files and libraries bundled into the installer distribution packages of these associated firmware resources and device driver software utilities, which also means the vialogsv.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of these firmware components and drivers. The vialogsv.exe process is specifically deployed as one of the executable resource processes of the VRAID Log Service application, which is a small program built into these VIA Technologies drivers and firmware distributions.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. vialogsv.exe. is used by VRAID Log Service, If you shut down vialogsv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop vialogsv.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is VRAID Log Service, from your system.
