The file provides users with downloading software that they can use to connect to a P2P network over the Internet, for faster and easier downloading of files, no matter what the size of the files is. This is especially helpful if the file being downloaded is of a considerable size. The file runs as a 64-bit program on Windows-based PCs, particularly Windows 8 Enterprise.
