The process installed with the file tmachinfo.exe is part of the software for Toshiba’s Service Station. Process name is TSS MachInfo Service. Not much has been reported by users in connection with the file, except the occasional occurrence of error messages. The most common error linked to file is “TSS Load: could not communicate with the machine.” Other than this, no other remarkable concerns were mentioned by users. There is also very little information available about the modules of the file, or its attributes. The service which it supports is an auto-updater for Toshiba machines. The program searches for updates that are specific to each type of Toshiba machine, and automatically loads the updates, or prompts the user that an update is ready for installation. Most of the time, users choose to disable the program, to free up CPU resources. They instead, manually look for updates and install these if they deem it necessary.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. tmachinfo.exe. is used by Toshiba Service Station, If you shut down tmachinfo.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop tmachinfo.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Toshiba Service Station, from your system.
