Toolbar Helper, which is installed through the Windows-executable file tbhelper2.exe, is associated with a number of applications, but its most common association is with the Toolbar for Internet Explorer, more specifically, the ChatSend Toolbar of the IE Web browser. When executed, the file is generally written and saved as such on the system: C:\Program Files\ChatSend Toolbar\tbunsyC510.tmp\ tbhelper2.exe. The file is user-invoked, running simultaneously when the IE Web browser is being used, making it an external process instead of a system process. Known private memory is 1.94 MB, minimum working memory is 1.04 MB, and committed memory is 74.16 MB. Known non-system .dll loaded with the file, by IE, is tbcommonutils.dll. The file is basically responsible for the maintenance of the Web browser toolbar. Other files associated with the process are Driver Identifier Toolbar, Chrysanth Toolbar, All Games Home Toolbar, Chat Vibes Toolbar, and FreeFox Toolbar. The process has not been cited as malicious, troublesome, or CPU-intensive.
