The sysdriver32.exe file is an executable application process that has been reported by many users as a malicious program belonging to the Win32/Bafruz.C program, which is a family of backdoor rootkits and Trojans, while other user reports claim that the sysdriver32.exe process has a malicious variant associated with the BKDR_BAFRUZ.RK application and the TROJ_DELF.CYN program, which are families of Trojans. These same user reports state that the sysdriver32.exe process is capable of creating and inserting keys and entries into the Windows System Registry upon its successful placement and execution in the Windows-based system, in order for the system to allow the sysdriver32.exe process to automatically initialize during system startup. The same users reported that after the sysdriver32.exe process has initialized, it continues to secretly operate as a hidden background process, in order to search for vulnerable TCP/IP network ports that it can exploit and use to contact remote servers that are managed by its authors and download more malware programs unto the infected system. The sysdriver32.exe process is also said to use these unprotected TCP/IP network ports to upload private information it has collected from the infected system and its default Web browser to these predesignated Web servers, including private user details and Internet surfing data.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. sysdriver32.exe. is used by Win32/Bafruz.C and BKDR_BAFRUZ.RK and TROJ_DELF.CYN, If you shut down sysdriver32.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop sysdriver32.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Win32/Bafruz.C and BKDR_BAFRUZ.RK and TROJ_DELF.CYN, from your system.
