What is  sshnas.dll

The sshnas.dll process has been reported to be a malicious program disguised as a legitimate modular component resource stored in the DLL (Dynamic Link Library) format, and these same user reports claimed that the sshnas.dll process is a variant of the Downloader-BHW Trojan. The sshnas.dll file has also been reported to be capable of automatically activating during system startup due to the keys and entries it can create and inject into the Windows System Registry, as stated by a few users. The sshnas.dll process is also capable of operating during system runtime as a background process without user consent, in order to exploit vulnerable TCP/IP network ports that it can use to initiate the download process for other malicious programs that can gather data and Internet browsing information from the system and the default Web browser, and these pieces of collected data are transmitted to predesignated Web servers that are managed by the authors of the malicious sshnas.dll process.

How can I stop sshnas.dll and should I?

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. sshnas.dll. is used by Downloader-BHW Trojan, If you shut down sshnas.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop sshnas.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Downloader-BHW Trojan, from your system.
