The executable file rogue.exe is a part of the software Internet Optimizer. The Internet Optimizer monitors any user’s browsing habits and distributes data back to the author’s servers for analysis. It improves user activity on the internet. It enhances internet related system settings and surges speed and performance for internet browsing and downloading. It allows faster data transfer as well. Speed increase is evident when using the Internet Optimizer in reading emails, surfing, downloading, and others. It has a one click maintenance that scans, repairs, and optimizes the computer system hence improving hardware and software activity. The maintenance removes temporary files, cleans user registry errors and defragments hardware to optimize PC performance. The cleaner tools also help users to get rid of junk and duplicate files and invalid shortcuts to increase the hard drive memory space. It cleans the browser history which protects privacy and spyware which ensures computer security.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. rogue.exe. is used by Internet Optimizer, If you shut down rogue.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop rogue.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Internet Optimizer, from your system.
