And this size may change depending on the version of Operating System made by Microsoft. The file is a Verisigned file which means that this file belongs to the trusted file of Microsoft Windows Operating System. The file has the ability to record inputs but does not belong to the Windows Core System file. It is not recommended to remove a trusted file. But the user may still have the option to remove the file by removing the entire program in which the file is associated with. This can be done by using the Add/Remove Program located in the Control Panel of the Operating System (OS).

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. roc_roc_dec12.exe. is used by Avg Security Toolbar, If you shut down roc_roc_dec12.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
