The file has the ability to record inputs but does not belong to the Windows Core System file. It is not recommended to remove a trusted file. But the user may still have the option to remove the file by removing the entire program in which the file is associated with. This can be done by using the Add/Remove Program located in the Control Panel of the Operating System (OS).
