The file rkiwrtk.exe, known as RKiwrtK Application, belongs to software Rack2-Viewer, which is a process file for the application Rack2 Filer from PFU Limited. Rack2 Filer is a digital binder system that allows users to manage all electronic files and scanned documents in easy to navigate digital binders. The process involves scanning of documents and other files like spreadsheets and presentations directly into the computer, insert the files and combine them into binders that are labeled and stacked into filing cabinets. Executing the process rkiwrtk.exe provides access to the Rack2 Viewer that is used to browse through the contents of a binder displayed in the viewer window. This application is easily managed through a user interface that simulates the physical act of removing binders from a filing cabinet that appears on the computer screen and flipping through each binder page as these are accessed from the viewer. Archiving documents digitally allows users to perform convenient document from their desktops and frees storage areas from large volume documents.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. rkiwrtk.exe. is used by Rack2-Viewer, If you shut down rkiwrtk.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop rkiwrtk.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Rack2-Viewer, from your system.
